Our Story
Long before Saint Michael Chicharon landed in the United States in 1982, our unique cooking process has been refined for generations. Our humble beginnings is from a small town, San Miguel, Bulacan province, in the Philippines. This region is famous for its distinct and diverse cuisine. People from all over the Philippines visit this area to enjoy their famous confections, rice dishes, seafood and chicharon. Our cooking method is simple, but not easy. It’s a multi-day process that produces a richer, tastier, flavorful and crunchier chicharon. We are very proud of where we came from and very proud of where we are now.
